Job posting in the Bahamas

Mr G R was starting a new job as a ship’s chef, based off the Bahamas. The Saturday before leaving, he realised that he needed his chef’s and health and safety certificates notarised otherwise he would not be allowed to join the ship’s crew. This meant preparing an urgent direct notarial certificate that night, and the next day his ID was verified, copy certificates checked against the originals and annexed to the notarial certificate which was signed and sealed and emailed out to the Bahamas. After legalisation, all was ready for courier dispatch or collection as the ship owners’ purser required.
