Kazakhastan visitor visa

Mr P C had a friend coming to stay with him from Kazakhastan who needed to have a Visa Visit Application Form completed for the Embassy in Kazakhastan. To support the application Mr P C needed a notarial certificate verifying his identity and financial position and confirming a letter of support in which he undertook to be financially responsible for his friend for the period of stay in England.
