Power of attorney for Turkish property purchase

Dr and Mrs D C required a power of attorney authorising their local lawyer to buy a property in Turkey for them. The English translation of the Turkish power of attorney needed to be verified and Dr and Mrs D C’s ID checked as well as their understanding of the nature and effect of the power of attorney before signing.
