American pension draw-down

Ms F M wanted to give consent to a draw-down on her husband’s American pension. After checking through the requirements of West Virginia where the company was based and the form of acknowledgment (confirming her identity and voluntary consent) Ms F M came to Salisbury to finalise the paperwork. She left with the necessary amendments and signature to the acknowledgment witnessed and able to deal with legalisation if this proved necessary.
