Grant of probate in New York State

Mrs C G was named as an executor of her aunt’s will to her estate in New York State. The US attorney required an acknowledgment signed by Ms C G entitling another resident New York State executor to wind up the estate (probate). After checking the requirements of the US attorney Mrs C G came to Salisbury where her ID was authenticated and her understanding and consent to the form of acknowledgment checked before signing. After legalisation, the notarised acknowledgment was dispatched to the US attorney by courier.
