Litigation in Singapore

Ms J S urgently needed to make a sworn statement in the form of an affidavit for proceedings that had been dragging on for years in Singapore. This involved obtaining the exhibit of some 180 pages which was missing from the affidavit sent through by the local lawyers and checking their legalisation needs. Once sworn, the affidavit and exhibit were dispatched by courier and an unanticipated deadline met successfully.
