USA company disclosure of shareholders

Mr H C is a director of a company based in the USA. The company wanted to find out the identity of “non objecting beneficial owners” (or “NOBOs”) from their holding company. The holding company in the USA required a request form signed by Mr H and notarised (although no legalisation was required). This was straightforward – USA authorities can require notarisation for even the simplest matters.
